Located just north of the Massachusetts – New Hampshire border in town of Windham NH, minutes from Interstate 93.

From Boston and Points South

Take route 93 North into New Hampshire and take exit 3. Take a left at the end of the exit ramp on to Rt. 111. Proceed along Rt.111 past the Post Office and the New Library complex to Lowell Road (about 3 miles). Turn left on to Lowell road to Cobbetts Pond Road (about 0.5 miles). Turn left on to Cobbetts Pond Road. The Lobster Tail Restaurant and Fish Market is on your right.

From The North

Take route 93 South and take exit 3. Take a left at the end of the exit ramp on to Rt. 111. Proceed along Rt. 111 past the Post Office and the New Library complex to Lowell Road (about 3 miles). Turn left on to Lowell road to Cobbetts Pond Road (about 0.5 miles). Turn left on to Cobbetts Pond Road. The Lobster Tail Restaurant and Fish Market is on your right.

Located just thirty minutes North of Boston and South of Portsmouth, NH in North Andover, Massachusetts. You can get to us several ways:

From Boston and Points South

Take Route 1 North to Route 95 North to exit 54B (Georgetown/ Rowley; Route 133) right off exit over 95 and follow into the center of Georgetown (approximately 2 miles) take a left at the first set of lights (Mobile Gas Station on left) and your very first right (staying on Route 133) Continue on Route 133 to the end (roughly 7 miles) Take a right (Route 125) and turn right into the Butcher Boy Marketplace.

From Portsmouth and points North

Take Route 95 South to Route 495 South to exit 48 (Route 125/ Bradford College exit) follow exit ramp to Route 125 and take a right onto Route 125 South follow approximately 4 miles you’ll see the Butcher Boy Marketplace on the left.
